In the tradition of Nova Scotia’s legendary hospitality, Conference Services at the University of King’s College invites you to consider us as your Halifax destination for conferences, group accommodations or leisure travel. Open from early May until late August, visitors to King’s can enjoy an intimate setting that comfortably handles groups of under 300 persons. Our meeting facilities provide a variety of layouts and styles, with capacities ranging from 20 to 275 persons. All but some of our smaller rooms have built-in state-of-the-art multimedia capabilities, making it easy to accommodate your various presentation needs, and portable A/V equipment is available for our smaller rooms.

Catering and meals are available on site with a very diverse menu selection. For off-menu meal ideas or special dietary needs, we are happy to tailor a menu or a meal, to meet both group and individual needs.

The University of King’s College is situated at 6350 Coburg Rd., putting it within walking distance of Citadel Hill, the Public Gardens and the Halifax waterfront, not to mention the numerous museums, art galleries and the best of cultural, social, dining and entertainment available in the Maritimes. The intimacy and traditional British college layout of King’s has proved beneficial in helping maintain secure accommodations for visitors who have enjoyed these facilities in the past.
